Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every user of every product offered by SparrowHawk CRM LLC, including SparrowHawk CRM, the Aircraft Pricing App, the Aviation Partner Program, the Marketplace, ADA training, customer portals, integrations, APIs, AI features, and any future module. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Users may not use SparrowHawk CRM to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• commit fraud, misrepresent identity, or impersonate any person or entity, including SparrowHawk CRM LLC or its personnel
• engage in phishing, social engineering, or business email compromise
• send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws
• harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any person
• distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, spyware, or other malicious code
• traffic in stolen credentials or stolen data
• conduct money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing
• resell or sublicense access to the platform except as expressly permitted by a written agreement

Users may not upload, store, transmit, or share:

• content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right
• pirated software, cracked license keys, or unauthorized aircraft maintenance manuals
• child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits minors — such content is reported to authorities without notice
• content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or other imminent harm
• content that unlawfully invades privacy, including doxing
• obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
• defamatory or knowingly false content
• hate speech that targets a person or group on the basis of protected characteristics
• personal data collected without lawful basis or the required notices
• content that violates export or sanctions laws

Users may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written authorization
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, or access-control features
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform, its dependencies, or other customers
• use the platform to attack, exploit, or intrude on any third-party system

Security researchers acting in good faith should follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

Each user must have their own credentials. Sharing passwords, session tokens, or API keys among multiple people is prohibited, undermines audit logging, and may result in termination of the affected accounts.

Users may not:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the platform outside of documented export tools or the API
• use bots or automation to circumvent rate limits, plan entitlements, or feature gates
• generate load that endangers platform stability or degrades service for other customers
• use API access to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product

Users may not use the platform's AI features to:

• generate content that violates this AUP or any law
• attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts
• produce material designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate individuals or markets
• generate malicious code, malware, or exploit payloads
• impersonate real people in a manner that is likely to mislead
• generate content designed to violate FAA regulations, manufacturer procedures, or aviation-safety obligations

Users may not use SparrowHawk CRM to:

• represent that SparrowHawk CRM LLC has certified an aircraft, mechanic, repair station, inspection authorization, or return-to-service action
• generate or distribute forged maintenance records, inspection sign-offs, or logbook entries
• sell counterfeit aircraft parts or unapproved parts represented as approved
• distribute controlled aviation-technical data in violation of export controls

Users may not use the platform to build, train, benchmark, copy, reverse engineer, or assist in creating a competing CRM, pricing app, aviation platform, marketplace, partner network, or similar product.

Customer organizations are responsible for the conduct of their users, invited members, portal end customers, and anyone acting on their behalf. Customer organizations must take reasonable steps to prevent and respond to violations of this AUP by people using their accounts.

SparrowHawk CRM LLC may investigate suspected violations and take any action it reasonably considers appropriate, including issuing a warning, restricting features, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, disclosing information to law enforcement where required or appropriate, and pursuing legal remedies. SparrowHawk CRM LLC is under no obligation to monitor content proactively but may do so.

Report suspected violations to abuse@sparrowhawkcrm.com (or support@sparrowhawkcrm.com if the abuse address is not yet monitored). Copyright infringement reports should be submitted under the DMCA & Copyright Policy.
