Effective: July 13, 2026
Last updated: July 13, 2026
- v1.0 · July 13, 2026Initial Aviation Partner Program Terms.
1. Scope
These Aviation Partner Program Terms govern participation in the SparrowHawk CRM Aviation Partner Program (the “Program”), including FBO enrollment, referring partners, providers, and any related tier, referral, or dispatch functionality. They supplement the Terms of Service.
2. Program Roles
The Program contemplates several roles:
- FBOs and referring partners submit leads for aircraft services.
- Providers accept dispatched leads and perform services for the aircraft owner or operator.
- SparrowHawk CRM LLC operates the software, routes leads, tracks commissions, and administers the Program.
3. Eligibility
Participation requires an approved Partner account, accurate business information, appropriate insurance and licensing where applicable, and compliance with the Program's published requirements. SparrowHawk CRM LLC may verify eligibility and may decline or revoke participation at its discretion.
4. Leads and Referrals
Leads submitted through the Program become Customer Data of the submitting Partner and are shared with SparrowHawk CRM LLC and dispatched Providers as necessary to service the request. Partners represent that they have all necessary rights and consents to submit lead information about aircraft owners, operators, and contacts.
5. Dispatch and Provider Acceptance
Dispatch mechanics — including which Providers are eligible for a lead, response windows, and re-dispatch behavior — are described inside the platform and may evolve to improve service quality. Providers accept or decline dispatched leads through the platform; failing to respond within the response window may affect Provider tier and future dispatch priority.
6. Commissions and Payouts
Referral commissions are calculated as configured in the Program, disclosed to Partners, and paid through Stripe or the payout mechanism disclosed at the time of payout. Commissionable amounts are net of refunds, chargebacks, and disputes. Fraud, policy violations, or unverified transactions may reduce or forfeit commissions.
7. Tiers and Program Changes
Program tiers, thresholds, benefits, dispatch weighting, and eligibility criteria may be modified by SparrowHawk CRM LLC with reasonable notice to maintain Program quality, comply with law, and reflect operational reality. Changes will not be applied retroactively to already-earned commissions.
8. Partner Conduct
Partners must operate professionally, communicate accurately with aircraft owners and operators, avoid conflicts of interest, comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, and treat SparrowHawk CRM LLC personnel, other Partners, and end customers with respect. Attempts to circumvent commissions by routing dispatched work off-platform are a material breach of this agreement.
9. Brand and Marketing
Partners may reference their participation in the Program using assets provided by SparrowHawk CRM LLC. Partners may not modify Program logos, misrepresent their status, claim endorsements not granted, or use SparrowHawk CRM LLC marks in a way that suggests co-branding without a signed brand agreement.
10. Suspension and Termination
SparrowHawk CRM LLC may suspend or terminate Program participation for material breach, repeated verified complaints, safety concerns, fraud, or legal requirement. Termination does not affect commissions earned on completed transactions before the termination date, subject to fraud and chargeback resolution.
11. No Guarantees
SparrowHawk CRM LLC does not guarantee lead volume, conversion, revenue, aircraft owner or operator acceptance, service quality, geographic coverage, or the outcome of any transaction facilitated through the Program.
12. Contact
Program questions may be sent to partners@sparrowhawkcrm.com (or support@sparrowhawkcrm.com if the partners address is not yet monitored).
