Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on the plan selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion when cancelled within the first 14 days.

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated against the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Feature access may be reduced accordingly.

You may cancel anytime from your account billing settings or by contacting alex@sparrowhawkmobiledetailing.com. Service remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
