Our Commitment
SparrowHawk CRM LLC is committed to building software that people with a wide range of abilities can use effectively. Our design system aspires to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and is refined continuously as we ship new modules.
What We Do Today
Current accessibility practices include:
- keyboard navigation for primary flows
- meaningful alt text for informative imagery entered through content tools
- color palettes designed to meet contrast requirements at Level AA
- focus indicators on interactive controls
- ARIA labels on non-textual controls
- responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports
Known Limitations
Accessibility is a moving target. Some legacy modules, custom themes configured by Customers, and complex visualizations may not yet meet Level AA in every respect. We document known gaps internally and prioritize fixes based on impact.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
SparrowHawk CRM targets modern browsers and works with current versions of major assistive technologies including screen readers on desktop and mobile. Certain third-party embeds (payment forms, mapping components) inherit the accessibility of the underlying provider.
Report an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in SparrowHawk CRM, please contact accessibility@sparrowhawkcrm.com (or support@sparrowhawkcrm.com if the accessibility address is not yet monitored) with a description of the issue, the page or module involved, the assistive technology and browser used, and any steps to reproduce. We will follow up and prioritize a fix.
